We
are all familiar with the word team. For better understanding, a team simply
means a group of people working together to achieve a common purpose. Teamwork
is our organized effort as a team, which would determine the success of any
project that we engage in.
There
are different departments in our organization and every one of them must
coordinate their activities in an organized manner to guarantee the collective
success of the company. At departmental levels we have sections and units, and
all of them must work together towards reaching a common goal.
This
principle must always be applied for all job tasks and projects that we execute. Safety begins
with teamwork.
